Lucy's Frittata: a recipe by drheather's healthy kids!
These ingredients are Lucy’s basics:
Olive oil
3 eggs
Garlic salt
Parsley
Lucy’s extras (for the adults!):
Tomatoes
Spinach
Cheese (any kind)
Ham
Bell peppers
Onions
Lucy's Instructions:
- Heat lots of olive oil in a frying pan
- Crack 3 eggs in a bowl and mix until well blended
- Pour eggs into well heated pan
- Sprinkle garlic salt on top of eggs
- Add any extra ingredients
- Cook until not runny and then carefully flip
- Cook a few more minutes
- Slide on to eating plate and top with parsley
