WOMEN’S SERIES for hormone health, stress & weight loss
You may be 20, 25, in your thirties or forties or right there in the midst of menopause, yet it is never too early or too late to understand how your female body works and what works best to fuel it ( diet and lifestyle).
In our two afternoons together, we will discuss the HPA axis. thyroid, ovary and adrenal health. stress and cortisol, functional lab tests to ask for and healthy lifestyle tips.

GIRL’S CLASS: The Scoop on Being Me
This workshop is designed to empower girls ages 10 to 14 to understand how their female bodies work: anatomy and physiology, the female cycle, female hormones, journalling and charting, menstrual myths and truths, PMS ( prevention & treatment), and healthy lifestyle tips.
This course is playful yet full of essential information and terminology that will aid girls during the changes that happen during and after puberty.
* Each girl will be given a binder plus all the class notes, healthy snacks will be provided
* This course is not designed to teach about reproduction or intercourse

Balanced and Mindful Eating
Join me for an afternoon of tips and tools to understand the importance of a balanced and mindful way of eating.
We will explore everything from digestive physiology to best foods for your body ( macro and micronutrients), how stress plays a big role in your digestive health, blood sugar, and supplements for your gut. You will leave with a greater awareness of your personal diet and lifestyle and where you can make simple changes.
